Latin Rhythmix is a fun dance/fitness class aimed at those people who love the Latin dance rhythms such as the Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa and Rumba.  It is a dance class with no need for a partner as all the choreography is aimed at solo dancing.  The music we use is traditional and also modern and my aim is to make sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face after having a great time.

A typical class of Latin Rythmix can be learnt by even the most two left footed person.  There is pure fun, lots of laughter, and after one class you will not notice that you have been keeping fit as well as enjoying yourself.

Dates and Venues have yet to be confirmed but likely to be Tuesday evenings in Rendlesham or the surrounding area!

Latin Rhythmix for Children.

These classes will include the above dance rhythms and will include traditional and more popular music.  Basic Disco styles may also be included.  The class is fun and energetic  Dance is a brillant way to build confidence and self esteem in all children my aim is to do just that in a light-hearted, "no pressure" environment, giving the children the opportunity to develop their creative side in a safe and secure environment.  The age range for this class is 7 years and over.  Of course I will be in receipt of a full CRB check at commencement of each lesson.

Children's classes will be held at St Mary's Primary School, Burkitt Road, woodbridge, suffolk on Tuesdays from 4.30pm for 45 minutes. The new class begins on Tuesday 20th Sept.
