Zumba Classes are currently being held at Rendlesham Primary School on Tuesdays either 6.30pm or 7.30pm.

Come along, have fun, get fit and dance to some great Rhythms.

Zumba is a latin inspired dance fitness class.  Every class is like a party and you don't even feel like you are exercising! 

Dancing and keeping fit to dance styles such as Salsa, Merengue, Rumba, Calypso and much much more.

Come along have fun and get fit!

Class price is £3.50 per person.  10% of net profits from all dance classes go to St Elizabeth Hospice!
